Joe Biden has made John Kerry America's climate change czar. A czar is someone that watches over all of a certain topic. In this case it is climate change. We need this because climate change has been hurting our planet. John Kerry used to be the secretary of state from 2013-2017 and now, personally, I think he's got a even more important job. John Kerry will watch over the climate and try to save it.
